I have watched it a often with my wife.
There are less of the "I would rather cry in the back of a BMW, than be happy on the back of a bicycle" moments than before.
It is still quite interesting. It is impressive how many foreign contestants that speak Chinese they have on the show.
Also if your friends are interviewed and asked to say anything bad about you, you should tell them not to say anything bad. Most people have half their lights go out in the Friend's interview.
I would rather they get some more average looking girls that are not so proud represented on the show. All the models there make it very hard for the shorter, slightly older but genuine Chinese guys to get a chance. I have seen several times where the Chinese guy has a good job, great personality, is funny and charming. But either he's slightly short or is not a 10 in being handsome no one leaves the lights on for him.
There are also lots of times when 10 point guy comes out and 2 or 3 or girls let him know they are really into him .
I haven't seen the Caucasian girl or Korean girls that sometimes get on get picked. Though they seem pretty good caliber.
Also fashion makes a big deal on the show. If you see the women with slightly more stylish clothes they usually end up with a top contestant by the end.
It is hard for most people as the show is in Chinese and most can't keep up with it.
